Re: WW37 -- Labyrinth of Legends

My role did change when I was put up for execution, though I was not made aware of it for a little while. Since then, I've been trying to eliminate the villains without drawing undue attention to myself and getting myself killed in the process. I assure you, I have not lied in this thread. Believe whatever you want to believe about my abilities, but know this: It's rather rare for an individual to have more than one power. Even should I be an evil dreamer, the fact remains that I am still of great use to you people and can do nothing to bring you harm. The most I could do to hurt the innocents with my power would be to reveal who the dreamers and revivers are to the bad guys... but everyone knows two of them, and the lack of leads or people coming back from the dead makes me doubt there's more. Yes, my power is limited in it's usage, I have 3 uses of it left to be exact. After that point I will once again be powerless, barring any other bizarre circumstances, and I will not care either way what is done with me. Until then I implore you to reconsider your votes: Having 2 dreamers has it's advantages.

I'm not even angry. I'm being so sincere right now. I do not blame you for lining up to have my head, a request from a dreamer can be hard to deny. I merely ask that you all trust that I'm here to help.

In the meantime, would anyone like some cake? It's delicious and moist. *Offers cake*

EDIT: Oh, and whether you vote for me or not, please do offer up names for me to dream about.

Miyu: I believe the Bus Driver to be evil because they swapped someone I was trying to dream, and stated publicly I was trying to dream, with someone who's been cleared by me already.
I missed Jas' post on page 37. Was I dead then? In any case, Jas has not defended you since, and "I believe Miyu's role" isn't exactly much confirmation. I've done some great fake roles.
I don't know what your role does, I can't read minds - how else would I know your results are getting messed with Christopher? Elaborate? Nope.

Because I said it a few posts before. My dream wasn't the only thing that got redirected.
Urth: I redreamed you because of suspicions related to the dragon statues.
StuMan: I have no idea what your deal is.

Ahaha. You are so intent on getting me killed - you are completely blinded.
You asked for someone to vouch for me. Someone did (way before you even asked). That there, fulfills your own request. You didn't think anyone would, so you deny the vouching now.
Ask Jas now. I was completely honest with her, when we traded roles. What I did night 11 confirms what I told her my role was. Ask. You have nothing to lose in asking. But you have everything to lose with this blindness of yours.

How...innocent of you.

Maybe you should be looking for the baddies, instead of trying to get another innocent killed hmm?

Urthdigger wrote:Hmm, so I've been voted for again. Though, this time I'm going to at least try to defend myself. I'm a dreamer of sorts, and I can prove it by revealing part of Byakuya's role. I'll let him vouch for it's accuracy. The section that was revealed to me was that he has a bag from which he can pull an item every third day, and after pulling the item out he can use it at any time he wishes. Unfortunately it was not revealed to me what sort of items he has.

That would be correct.
Now then:
Vote: Mongrel
Vote: Miyu

The rest of you who are voting for me?
Why?

Errr...I've been super busy so I've only skimmed thus far. I do think Miyu is innocent though. We did role trade. As for the storm thing, I think it's so much more fun to ride it out. TWISTER STYLE. :D :battar: I still have no idea what's going on in the past couple days though. xD

I didn't realize Jas was incapable of reading the thread and either posting or PMing a response to me if she felt one was necessary o_O

Vote: Miyu I'm not sure why you were not able to be dreamed about. I hate voting today everyone is innocent.

Apparently, you hadn't noticed that she hasn't posted since two pages ago. So I doubt she has even read the thread yet.

But we shall see. We shall see. By killing me, you only prove my point. xD

Ahh, thanks Syrill. See Mongrel, yet another person who thinks I'm innocent. Would you care for some eye drops to help clear that tunnel vision? xD

I'm quite certain, that if someone role revealed me - you would still deny my innocence. 'tis okay. It is almost sad, I wish I were evil. Then I could claim partial responsibility for the fire-y destruction of the innocents. *shrug* ah well. ;P

:P I think Miyu might be innocent... but then again, I'm easy to seduce with such ideas.

Vote: Urthdigger

On the other hand, definitely something fishy going on with Urthdigger.

I'm sorry, but I hadn't read the thread since last night. My gram's house is being sold and we have little time to get her stuff out, so we've been dealing with that.

Miyu is the Sun. That does not sound like a bad role to me. I believe she is innocent. I resurrected Mongrel and I am innocent, so unless someone somehow did something to her since, I believe her, too.

I have no idea who to vote for, so I will hold off because leads are short. If Urthdigger is a dreamer-role like he says, he could be useful, so if he could please be dreamed again maybe?

Well, since nobody asked for people to dream about, and her role has come under suspicion, I'll be dreaming of Pickles tonight. 2 dreams left, feel free to kill me after then.

Before Execution --
Things started off calm after the switch, albeit lonely for the few players who had not taken shelter from the storm. Hansy, pheonix, and jellyoflight were all playing a three person game (though Hansy wasn't really participating... he just stood there... really now!) when suddenly the clear sky went dark. Storm clouds covered the sky, and a quick wind blew in. Soon, the clouds started boiling and merging together... and a tornado soon formed. It dropped onto the tree people below it and picked them up – swirling them around, and flinging them into the distant trees. A few minutes later, the tornado blew itself out and the storm cleared.
Everyone carefully pulled themselves out of their hiding places, looking around them to make sure there were no more clouds in the sky. Everyone seemed clear. Christopher glanced up at the tree above him, and then at his watch. He swiftly stepped a few feet to the side just as a branch from a tree, loosened by the tornado, dropped to the exact place where Christopher had been standing a few moments before. He shook his fist angrily at the tree.
At that moment, everyone noticed that the black hole where malibu had been was changing – growing bigger once again. They carefully stepped back, not wanting to be sucked in. However, the black hole simply kicked malibu out from it, shrunk back to its decimal size, and finally disappeared.

The storm has caught Hansy, pheonix, and jellyoflight.
A branch almost fell on Christopher, but he avoided it.
malibu has returned from the black hole.

Execution, Day 13 --
“...hm.” Erwit Mayesti stated, glancing at the trees around her.
“What?” malibu asked, stretching. She was glad to finally be out of that dark, lonely hole.
“That durned tornado nearly uprooted my trees. I'll have to get the brownies in here to fix them up... though they may have to find some Tree Nymphs to help them,” Erwit Mayesti responded.
Mongrel gave an impatient sigh. “Execution first, please?”
“Oh, fine. Everyone who was put up, please step up,” Erwit Mayesti said, still examining the trees. She twirled her hands lazily.
Miyu and Urthdigger stepped up. Without looking, Erwit made an “ahem” sound deep in her throat. “You were put up for execution too, Mongrel,” she said. Mongrel rolled her eyes and stepped forward.
“Well, I'm going to have to do things a bit differently today, because I don't want to ruin my trees. Luckily, I have an exploding apple with me... as well as a few unexploding ones. I'll just toss them over at you, and then I can get back to examining my trees.”
Erwit Mayesti began tossing apples, and each of them landed on the ground next to the three put up for execution. As she began tossing one of the apples at Urthdigger, however, the strange cloaked figure once again leaped out at him. She caught the apple with an angry cry -- “Once more I protect thee, my love!”
However, the apple was bigger than her hands and oddly shaped. It fumbled out of her fingers, and landed with a thump on the ground. Everyone held their breaths – and then the apple exploded. The figure gave a shrill cry of pain, and dropped to the ground – the hood of her cloak falling off as she did so. It revealed Pink.
As everyone began to cry out in protest, a great winged fish rose out of Pink's body. It stared at everyone with a mournful look in its eyes. “But... I wanted to be first! The Serra never gets first place!” it whined, before floating off to the Book of Myths.
Erwit Mayesti shrugged and turned back to the apple trees.

Urthdigger was put up for execution – but was protected by Pink.
Pink was killed. She was the Serra.
