Having made the rules for Phase 2, I am starting to think ahead. New characters, areas, and weapons will be introduced. Characters will be dropped. Just throwing this out there. More info will come next Phase.

Is that a legit vote? It seems like one and is at the right-ish time. I think that can be a -4 Hurt Pikachu. (That is not my vote. That is my interpretation of the Big C's vote).

No need to specify how much damage to do. When I see the Hurt/Heal whoever, I instantly translate it into -4 or +3. Sorry to put you on the spot.
