Now that the new Daily Dare challenge for 2008 is underway on Neopets, I thought it only smart to add the Daily Dare banner up. However, the adding did not come without challenges!

Firstly, the advertising spot was reserved exclusively for one single main Neopets event; in this case The Return of Dr. Sloth plot! What was I to do? I couldn’t add another advertisement banner, it would be simply too much. So what I did was add both banners in the same spot and rotated them. Ahhh problem solved!

Ahhh then came the issue of creating the actual banner. Now THAT was a bit more difficult as sourcing images was a little bit more difficult. In the end, I just added up new “Daily Dare” text as the original image would not fit both. Looks pretty good though I think.

So here you have it folks! The adventures of the “Daily Dare”!

If you look carefully at PPT’s top right corner, you will notice a little folded over page. Run your mouse over it and the corner of the website will fold down and you will get a sneak peak into the PPT Forum!

Just another new exciting feature at PPT.

All the oekaki boards at PPT have been upgraded to the latest installations. Can we all jump up and down and yell out hooray? Hooray!!

With no post here for a while I thought I’d have a go.

The hosts of The PPT Show recorded the 50th episode on Friday, and trust our luck to have technical difficulties! With everyone’s internet going super slow, we started the podcast. Although the call was dropped due to Kym’s bad internet about 2 or 3 times. We did try to get Adam and Donna onto the show, but with no luck. Maybe sometime in the future…

PPT finally came back online after a server upgrade, leaving all your lurkers of the PPT Forum with nothing to do for a few days. So we are back posting news, giving you guides and articles and a spiffy podcast. If you do find any glitches in the site, then email them over to kym.
